Gongfu Cha
Literal Translation
(功夫茶) Literally "making tea with skill and effort." The Chinese approach to multiple small infusions from a small amount of tea, producing an evolving flavour experience across many cups. Less codified than the Japanese tea ceremony. More personal, more flexible, equally attentive.
