(찜질방) A Korean heated communal space combining bathhouse facilities with dry sauna rooms at various temperatures and a shared rest area for sleeping, eating, and socialising. Mixed-gender in common areas, gender-separated in the bathhouse section. The shared uniform and shared space produce a social equality that is one of the experience's most distinctive qualities.
